SEO TRICKS FOR BEGINNERS

Being able to use SEO to your own benefit does not necessarily mean you must be an SEO expert. For all those SEO beginners out there, the following are a couple tools that can make SEO a bit simpler for your website.

Google Trends

This is a neat tool that we discovered recently. When search engines calculate how useful a piece of content is to an individual’s search query they calculate the number of times keywords in the search appear in the content. Google Trends is a tool that shows you which keywords are the most popular. You can analyze how search queries transform over time, which “phrasing” of a word is most popular and so forth. For example, imagine you own a candy store and want to write an article to draw more attention to your store. Google trends will show you what people type into the search engine more often when they are searching for the particular topic you’re interested in, in this case, candy. It could be that people have been looking up Snickers a lot lately or gummy bears; either way, you will know which search terms are trending and adjust accordingly.
